We use EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to improve coping and well-being. We offer sessions on site and in a variety of outdoor settings.
Most of our Adventure Therapy sessions happen in and around Chilliwack, BC. We also offer individual in-office counselling for those who prefer the more traditional approach.

What is Adventure Therapy?
Adventure Therapy is the use of adventure experiences within a professional counselling session. We aim to make Adventure Therapy accessible with personalized plans that reflect your abilities and ensure your safety. While each session is unique depending on who is present, all Adventure Therapy aims to incorporate movement, challenge, and nature with mental health support.
